This policy explains what personal information Umrah Ustaad collects, why, and what we do with it. We keep it simple and we do not sell your information.

- When you reserve a package or request a ticket: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, the package or ticket, number of travellers, room type, and any note you write.
- When you create an account (optional): your name, email address, password, and optionally your phone number. Your password is stored in a protected (hashed) form. We cannot read it.
- Your choices: whether you agreed to receive offers by email.
- Technical information: basic details such as your device and approximate use of the site, and security checks that help us block spam and bots.
2. Why we use it
- To contact you and handle your reservation or ticket request.
- To run your account, send sign-in and password emails, and keep the website secure.
- To send offers and promotions only if you said yes. You can say no and still register, and you can stop them at any time.
- To improve the website and prevent misuse.
3. Who sees it
- Our team sees your reservation details so they can contact you.
- Partner suppliers may see your name for reservations on their own packages, so they can prepare your booking. Suppliers do not see your phone number.
- Service providers that run the website for us (hosting, database, email delivery and the Cloudflare security check) process data only to provide their service.
- We may share information if the law requires it.
4. Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to keep the website secure. We do not use advertising cookies.
5. How long we keep it
We keep reservation and account information as long as needed to serve you, for our records and to meet legal duties. You can ask us to delete or correct your information, and we will do so unless we must keep it by law.
6. How we protect it
Data is stored with a reputable database provider, sent over encrypted connections, and access inside our team is limited by role. No system is 100% secure, so please keep your password private.
7. Where it is stored
Our servers and database are hosted outside Pakistan. By using the website you agree that your information can be processed there.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to: see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop sending you offers. Just contact us using the details below.
9. Children
This website is for adults. Parents or guardians should make reservations for children.
